Funky Divers founder IDC Staff Instructor Tony Farmer Received his first PADI Excellence this week.

Tony: Born in the wonderful town of Chatham in Kent, Tony was educated locally and has subsequently spent some 10 years working in the Financial Sector - most recently as an Independent Mortgage Broker. . Made redundant in November 2007 for something he didn't do (sell enough mortgages), your beloved author has sold his house in Rochester and decided to head off to foreign parts in search of glory and adventure. . Apparently he is an entire eighth Roma Gypsy - which may partly go some way to explaining his yearning to travel...as well as his swarthy appearance, pathological laziness, strange fondness for unfeasibly large gold hoop earrings and his occasional overwhelming urge to steal horses. . Cad, Bounder, Rake, Wastrel, Wanton and Fascist...are examples of just a few of his favourite words! Tony has been working in Southeast Asia as a Scuba Diving Instructor since 2009
